Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item due to change of mind, shipping costs are not covered. Refunds are not available for change of mind. To request an exchange, please contact us at riseupmovementco@gmail.com.

Faulty Items
RiseUp Movement Co offers free returns on faulty items only. Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase and be in original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

To lodge a faulty item return, please email your name and order number along with clear photos of the fault. Once reviewed, we will provide a return shipping label.

You can print the label at home or take the QR code to your local Australia Post, where they can print and attach it for you.

Once we receive the item, it will be assessed. If approved, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund for the product.
