At RiseUp Movement Co, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

During peak periods such as product launches, promotions or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are 2 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Please note delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including postal delays.

Pre Order Shipping
This is a pre order item. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for dispatch from the date of purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping
We offer flat rate standard shipping across Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. RiseUp Movement Co is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider.

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are responsible for ensuring your goods are delivered within a reasonable timeframe. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact us so we can assist.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We are always looking to expand, so if you are located outside of Australia and are interested in our products, feel free to reach out to us.
