These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through RiseUp Movement Co (ABN 38216796733). By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

Products and Orders
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without notice.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment providers.

Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may vary and are outside of our control once shipped.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case by case basis. All shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Items
We accept returns on faulty items only. Items must be reported within 21 days of purchase and returned in original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
To lodge a claim, please contact riseupmovementco@gmail.com with your order number, name and clear images of the fault.
Once approved, a return shipping label will be provided. After assessment, you will be offered a replacement or a full refund for the product.

Clearance Items
All clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, branding, logos and product descriptions, is the property of RiseUp Movement Co and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

Use of Website
You agree not to misuse this website or engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with its operation or security.

Limitation of Liability
